Ilanna loves finding what modalities work well for her and then sharing them with others. So far, this includes a blend of Massage, Craniosacral Therapy, Somatic Experiencing, Aromatherapy, Energy Work and Ayurveda.

Treatment customized based on client. May include Craniosacral therapy, Deep Tissue, Reflexology, and Swedish Massage. Hot towels, Hot Stones and Aromatherapy are available. May promote relaxation, ease muscle tension and contribute to a more balanced life.
Ayurvedic Body Therapies and Counseling
Body therapies and food and lifestyle recommendations tailored to your unique constitution and imbalances, including specific massage techniques, warm herbal oil applied to forehead, and herbal steam.
Somatic Experiencing
Techniques designed to address stress and trauma by bringing awareness to the body and it’s patterns and sensations. Talking-based technique that may also include touch.
